Are the vacuums free?
Yes! The vacuums at Reign Car Wash are always free.
Is Reign Car Wash safe for the environment?
Yes, washing your car in a professional car wash is the best way to conserve water and protect the environment. By using state-of-the-art equipment and design practices, Reign Car Wash reclaims and recycles the water used in the wash process. This results in significant water savings over traditional at-home car washes or hand washing.
Reign Car Wash uses cleaning ingredients that are environmentally friendly and bio-degradable (the chemicals naturally dissolve into the environment). Because we control the flow rate and the water pressure, we use far less water per car than washing at home.
When you wash your vehicle at home it can be damaging to the environment. You’ll probably use too much water and, along with all of the soaps, cleaners, road grime, oil, and other contaminants, the polluted water soaks into the ground and runs into the storm drain system.
How often should I wash my car?
That depends. Plenty of factors determines the frequency of your car washes. Road conditions, driving wear and tear, and weather play a role. Where do you drive—mainly in town or on country roads? Do some people judge you by how your car looks?
In general, we recommend washing at least twice a month to keep your car looking like new and to retain its value for resale.
Will an application of clear coat protectant actually make a difference?
Research and development have led to the creation of protectants and shining products that are far better for your paint then traditional wax applications. Products like Vision Max, Triple Foam, and Ceramic protect your vehicle against all types of weather conditions. We recommend regular application of one or more of these products to help maintain your vehicle.
What vehicles do you not wash?
- Trucks with dual rear tires
- Open bed pickup trucks with fuel tanks, loose items, and debris
- Lifted vehicles that are too high, 7’6″ maximum clearance
- Trucks with greasy fifth wheels
- Certain tires may be too wide to fit on our belt conveyor
- Recreational vehicles and campers or trailers
Will the Snow be removed from my vehicle?
We are sorry to inform you that if your car is covered with snow and ice, we cannot guarantee it will all be removed. Your car may also not come out as clean due to the car wash trying to remove the snow and ice before it even gets to the dirt on your car. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as cash transactions. Our attendant will assist you with your wash selections and payment options. If you’ve purchased one of our membership plans, your license plate will be read by our equipment, and you can make your way through the membership lane designed specifically for our members.
